Tenley Pearce is a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group. Her broad practice is primarily litigation-focused with an emphasis on insurance defence work, including both property damage claims and third-party liability disputes. She also has a particular interest in insurance coverage matters. Tenley has represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
Tenley completed her summer articles with Alexander Holburn in 2019, then completed a clerkship at the BC Supreme Court prior to returning for articles. Her time as a law clerk allowed her to engage with a wide variety of litigation matters and gain valuable experience to drawn upon as an associate with the firm.
During her time at law school, Tenley competed in the BC Law Schools Moot, volunteered and worked with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and served as graduation committee co-chair in her third year.
Prior to law school, Tenley completed a joint mathematics and economics degree in her hometown of Prince George.
