Mathew Crowe is a member of the firm’s Insurance, Maritime and Environmental Practices. His practice is litigation based with a focus on insurance defence, maritime and environmental matters.
Mathew has experience with personal injury, occupiers’ liability, and municipal law. He also has experience dealing with general marine, carriage of goods, and pollution claims.
Mathew completed articles with the Firm. Prior to his articles, Mathew summered with Claims Legal Services at ICBC, participated in a judicial externship with the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and completed a clerkship with the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Mathew regularly represents clients from both the public and private sectors on a wide range of insurance, marine, and environment-related litigation in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Federal Court of Canada.
