Diana Klassen is a member of the firm’s Insurance, Aviation, and Motor Vehicle Practice Groups. She has experience dealing with a wide range of legal claims including personal or bodily injury claims, insurance coverage claims, disability insurance claims and complex multi-party matters.
Diana has represented clients at trial in both the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia. In addition, she has experience with various alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediations and settlement conferences. She also works to negotiate matters on her client’s behalf to achieve successful settlement of legal claims.
Prior to attending law school, Diana worked in the banking industry and in the past, her legal practice has included insolvency and debt collection matters. Diana enjoys mentoring other lawyers and students, and regularly presents at in-firm professional development seminars.
Diana works closely with her clients to provide practical advice and attentive service on each and every file, and strives to find the most cost-effective way to resolve client’s issues and disputes.
