Anika Garlick is an associate and a member of our Aviation Practice Group.
Anika’s practice is litigation-based, with a developing focus on Aviation Law. She has advised and represented foreign and domestic airlines, aircraft operators, and maintenance organizations in relation to liability litigation, airline claims, aviation accidents and incidents, and other transportation-related matters before the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
Anika joined Alexander Holburn as a summer student in May 2022 and returned for articles prior to joining the firm as an associate.
During law school, Anika worked as the Director of Wellness of the Law Students’ Society and as a Clinic Head for the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program. She was the recipient of the Lord Denning Scholarship of the Class of 1948 and the Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang Prize in Torts.
