We are pleased to announce that Julia Kadow has been appointed Chair, CLE Corporate Procedures Series. In this role, Julia will help develop a series of educational modules addressing corporate procedures under the BC Societies Act. Topics covered will include corporate procedures, incorporations, annual matters and maintenance and transitioning an existing society under the new societies act.
