As the IADC Transportation Committee Chair, Heather leads an international network of lawyers in creating opportunities to expand and build skills and further objectives of the defense bar and business community.
With more than three dozen Committees, the IADC’s Joan Fullam Irick Award honours one Committee Chair annually for their exceptional work. Heather’s combined interest in Transportation, Technology, and Intellectual Property is a strong foundation of her expertise in all aspects of supply chain logistics and movements of goods locally and internationally. As one of Canada’s leading Transportation lawyers, Heather’s breadth of knowledge positions her as an outstanding thought leader.
Heather’s involvement at the IADC goes beyond Transportation Law. She is also the Intellectual Property Committee Vice Chair of International. 2023 Annual Meeting CLE Steering Committee Chair, and Social Justice Pro Bono Committee Vice Chair of International.
