On December 8, 2021, Scott Harcus, Partner, will be presenting in an upcoming Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch webinar on Insurance Law and Climate Change.
The webinar will discuss the effects of climate-related events (such as fires and floods) on the insurance industry, including climate change litigation, updated risk for the insurance industry, and other aspects of the insurance landscape as it intersects with the tragically escalating and disastrous effects of climate change.
Scott Harcus, Alexander Holburn Partner and leader of the firm’s Environmental Practice and a member of the Construction + Engineering and Insurance Practice Groups, has been invited to present along with other legal industry panellists. Additional panellists include:
