Leah Paul
Leah Paul has made Firm history in more ways than one. As our first Reach Award winner from the Toronto office, she has also distinguished herself as a true triple threat—balancing her roles as an LAA, Receptionist, and lead for office services and hospitality with exceptional dedication. Since joining the Firm in October 2023, Leah has been instrumental in supporting the rapid growth of our Toronto office, playing a key role in renovations, onboarding new colleagues, and ensuring seamless operations.
Leah’s impact is widely recognized by her peers, who commend her problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and professionalism in managing multiple responsibilities. She approaches every task with reliability and commitment. Her ability to create a welcoming environment for lawyers, staff, and clients alike speaks to her embodiment of the Firm’s core values.
Jessica Quartel
Since joining the Firm as an LAA in 2017 and transitioning to a full-time paralegal role in the Wills & Estates Group in 2022, Jessica has become an integral part of her team. Her dedication is evident not only in her own workload but also in the time and effort she devotes to training new team members, ensuring the continued success of the group. Jessica is widely respected and appreciated by her colleagues for her willingness to assist anyone in need—always with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism.
She is known for building strong client relationships, approaching each interaction with genuine care and attentiveness. Her peers describe her as a cornerstone of both the Wills & Estates Group and the Firm as a whole, consistently going above and beyond to support her team and clients.
