Alexander Holburn is delighted to welcome David Gordon and Iman Hosseini as associates in the Vancouver office.
David Gordon is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Commercial Group, with a practice focused on corporate and commercial transactions. He has experience advising tech companies, foreign private equity firms and other Canadian businesses on a wide range of corporate matters including multi-tranche equity investments, share sales and complex commercial agreements.

Iman Hosseini is a member of the Firm’s Labour + Employment Group. He is experienced in a broad range of litigation matters with several years of experience in employment law, commercial, construction and estate litigation. He has appeared at all levels of Courts in British Columbia and has successfully resolved matters before the Employment Standards Branch and the Human Rights Tribunal. In his diverse practice, Iman has also assisted clients in reaching favourable resolutions of disputes through mediation, negotiation, and arbitration.
