PRACTICE PROFILE

Emily is a member of the firm’s Wealth Preservation & Estate Litigation and Commercial Litigation Practice groups. She summered and articled at Alexander Holburn, joining as an associate in July 2009.

Emily obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington in 2001, graduating from the Honours Program. She received her LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 2007, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in January of 2009.

Prior to joining Alexander Holburn, Emily clerked at the British Columbia Supreme Court.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Emily has assisted clients in all levels of court in British Columbia in commercial and estate litigation matters. She has assisted senior counsel with trials before the British Columbia Supreme Court and prepared materials for the British Columbia Court of Appeal. She has appeared in Supreme Court Chambers and British Columbia Provincial Court on a variety of matters.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

 In her spare time, Emily enjoys speedminton and camping.
